Confessions of a Cougar: Andy Samberg
Four words: “D^#k in a Box”. With that, the Emmy-winning sketch propelled the 29-year-old Saturday Night Live castmember into a comedic stratosphere that the likes of only David Spade and some guy named Will Ferrell were only able to attain. His voice can be heard in the summer kids’ flick Space Chimps and he charmed Isla Fisher in 2007’s Hot Rod. While his collaboration with Justin Timberlake will always be a staple on YouTube; it was the penchant for Red Vines and cupcakes from Magnolia Bakery while seeing “The Chronicles of Narnia” that made me giggle. And laugh..to the point where I almost had an accident..but that’s another story. Plus he was with Chris Parnell..and he’s another story altogether. The California native got his start in the group “The Lonely Island”; and has been on a roll ever since. Bottom line-the adorkable one will always be able to give one sunshine on a cloudy day.
