Kelly Osbourne engaged in Soho?
Kelly Osbourne showed off a big rock on her finger while shopping with friends in Soho yesterday. Wer’e not sure if she and boyfriend Luke Worrell are getting hitched, but one thing’s for sure, that dress makes her look like a White Stripes cd come to life.
